A, Shape Up Home Workouts provides all of the tools and support required to help you achieve your best results. Discipline is of course important and depending on your choice of program you'll receive a heightened level of accountability to keep you on track.
Q, I’m not the best at using online Apps how hard is this to use?
A, Our Shape Up Home Workouts App is simple to use and we've designed it this way to help App users easily navigate their way through our program without any issues.
Q, How long will it take to start seeing results?
A, There's no simple answer to this. Our clients have noticed a change in energy levels and session output within a week however we are all different and progress at our own rate. If you put in the work you will see the results.
Q, I struggle with eating the right foods do you help with that?
A, Absolutely! We have a series of blogs dedicated to Nutrition Education to help you better understand you and how your body works. We also provide a list of recipes to inspire your creativity and make all round better choices.
Q, I have tried some online programs before what makes this one different?
A, We want you to succeed (not that others don't) and we'll do what we can to make that happen for you. Our programs are easy to follow and you receive the support of qualified trainers! We all want results, and if that meant giving up 20 minutes of your day using an easily accessible app with almost no equipment and a support network to make you feel as though you have your own trainer, we know what we'd be doing.
